No results are populating for video performance reports when trying to access metrics from Insights.

Inaccurate video metrics are shown (as if the video has not been watched)
The issue seems to stem from population issues in the content activity cards pointing to the video id. The associated content activity cards are not populating for specific video IDs.
- When viewing metrics for Video Performance, reports reflect accurate metrics
- Video views are not updated when a user watches the video (multiple embeds)
