When carrying out a user import job, the job seems to sit in processing for a long time and/or never completes.
- Classic Studio | Manage > Imports
- Studio | People > Import Users
In some cases, a bulk upload job may process 100% of the records, but remain in the "Processing" state. When this occurs, the job needs to be restarted, or the Firstup Support or Engineering team needs to intervene to force the job to complete.
Importing the file again may result in successful processing.
