Customer Issue

We have noticed that the blocked user count in Classic and New Studio is much different.

Environment

• Studio | People > Users
  

Issue Details

Hidden users, such as forgotten users or users removed through user cleanup, are visible to non-internal Studio users with access to the Users list. Classic Studio does not show these hidden users.

Resolution

The current workaround is to use Classic Studio to review accurate user counts from the Users list.
