Customer Issue
The Content Amplifier Overview report doesn’t appear to be working. I wanted to see how two content amplifiers had been performing over the past 30 days, but I can’t seem to isolate them.
Environment
- Studio | Insights > Content Amplifier Overview Report
- Classic Studio | Measure > Content Amplifier Overview Report
Issue Details
When selecting the Amplifier Name filter, the Amplifier names do not appear in the list and are not searchable.
Adding some text and applying the filter shows the same data if you were to apply the Platform: Content Amplifier filter.
Resolution
This issue has now been resolved by our Product Engineers, and moved to Complete on the Known Issues Tracker. (Issue ID: CSUP-1402)
