Report image downloads are blank. After I configure a report, when I click on the download icon to download an image of the report, the .png files are blank

Issue Details

After loading a report with the required filters and selecting the download image option, the report downloads a PNG file but the image is blank apart from the filters shown along the top.

Resolution

As a workaround, use the browser’s Print feature to export the report images. This workaround can only be applied in Classic Studio and not in New Studio. Please check the current status of this issue on the Known Issues Tracker. (Issue ID: CSUP-1487)
