Customer Issue
The data file is now sending over “Preferred Name” data. This is not what displays as a user’s first name on their profile.

- Users Data File (SFTP)
Issue Details
When preferred name is mapped from the configuration for the Users Data File and a file is imported containing preferred name data, this is not applied to the user’s profile.
Resolution
Users can manually input a preferred name by editing their profile after logging in to the member experience.
