Customer Issue

We are using an RSS feed to pull content into a specific channel, and on the full channel listing, all the content is coming in correctly in the topic feed, but upon opening the stories the formatting doesn't look right.

Issue Details

Opening the post shows only the body when no template is specified for a feed. The title, description, and header image are missing.

Resolution

To avoid this issue, select a template in the feed config. Please check the current status of this issue on the Known Issues Tracker. (Issue ID: CSUP-1572)
