When creating a campaign using one of our templates, the rich text box is overlapping our header image.

Issue Details

When using a custom template with a header image and rich text block underneath, in some cases the text entry area will overlap the header image, causing an unexpected gap between the header image and the text or result in the text appearing too close to the header image:

This also occurs with the footer if a footer is included in the campaign.
