When a User Data File is uploaded, the error report includes errors like:
- Email value has already been taken.
- Cannot assign additional identifiers to email users.
However, there is no current user with the email address in the error.
- User Data File (SFTP)
Employees who work for more than one company or previously worked for another company may already have a Firstup account with the same email address if a personal email address was used.
This leads to the email address already being "taken" by a different organization's program with a different employee ID.
The workaround is to have the user provide an alternative email address that has not already been used.
