Customer Issue
For an audience, I click on export, it says it will prepare my download, but nothing happens.
Environment
- Studio | People > Audiences
Issue Details
Admins are reporting that when they select “export” from the Audience preview in the new Studio, a notification pops up saying it is being downloaded shortly, but it never downloads. Instead, they have to manually go to Configure > User Exports to find the export needed.
Resolution
To access exported audiences, select Configure::User Exports.
