Customer Issue
When creating a video block on the new Campaign > Design page, after I upload the video and delete the cover image, it disappears from the campaign but remains in the editor.

Issue Details
When using the new Design page, after uploading a video to a video block, if you want to change the cover image you can do so by deleting the cover image in the editor. There is currently an issue where the cover image is removed from the video block, but remains in the editor, preventing you from uploading your own cover image.
