Video Performance report is missing video watch data.

It appears that watches from web and Android are being recorded correctly. Watches from Microapps and iOS are missing the play duration, and in the case of Microapps, also the watched segments. This, in turn, results in a drop in the overall % Completed.
This issue has now been resolved by Product Engineers and has been moved to Complete on the Known Issues Tracker. (Issue ID: CSUP-1918)
