Videos on Digital Signage screens are not autoplaying. The screen is stuck on the video image and it doesn't play.

Issue Details
Video does not autoplay in Microapps. This in turn prevents transitioning to the next page.
Resolution
When using Microapps within digital signage solutions, please ensure the direct link from the Microapp is used.
Autoplay outcomes are dependant on the autoplay settings within the browser. It may be possible to work around this issue by using a direct link in Kiosk Mode. Please the article to review:
