Customer Issue

Content Publisher is not able to access Insight reports for their own campaign published in a topic, which they have access to.

Issue Details

Content Publishers cannot report on campaigns they have published to one of their assigned topics using any Campaign-scoped reports. A warning states "Showing data for your assigned audiences only."

Resolution

The report can only be accessed by a Brand Super Admin or Community Admin. Please check the current status of this issue on the Known Issues Tracker. (Issue ID: CSUP-2080)
