We are loading our user data via SFTP on a daily basis and, normally, I receive an email from firstname.lastname@example.org giving me a summary of the upload. The file is uploading but the email is missing.

Customers subscribed to Spacestation user sync emails are not receiving an email when a file has completed processing.
