Customer Issue
We are loading our user data via SFTP on a daily basis and, normally, I receive an email from spacestation@socialchorus.com giving me a summary of the upload. The file is uploading but the email is missing.
Environment
- Users Data File (Universal Profile/User Sync/Spacestation)
Issue Details
Customers subscribed to Spacestation user sync emails are not receiving an email when a file has completed processing.
Resolution
This issue has now been resolved by Product Engineers, and moved to Complete on the Known Issues Tracker. (Issue ID: CSUP-2090)
