Issue Details
User imports via bulk upload are experiencing intermittent performance issues. You may see errors like:
- Failing with error: Internal Error: Groups could not be compiled.
- Failing with error: Internal Error: Processing timeout.
- Displaying 100% progress but status: processing.
Resolution
This issue has now been resolved by Product Engineers, and moved to Complete on the Known Issues Tracker. (Issue ID: CSUP-2149)
