When I attempt to upload a video larger than 300MB via the Android app, "Cannot upload images larger than 300MB" will appear and the video will not allow to be uploaded.

Issue Details

If you attempt to upload a video larger than 300MB via the Android app, you will see an incorrectly posted error "Cannot upload images larger than 300MB", causing issues with uploading the video.

Resolution

The workaround at this time is to upload the video via Studio or Web Experience. Please check the current status of this issue on the Known Issues Tracker. (Issue ID: CSUP-2167)
