Customer Issue
I am not able to duplicate an existing role. When I click either the duplicate icon or Duplicate in the drop-down list, I get a message that the role was created but it doesn't appear in the list for me to customize, name, and save.

Issue Details
Admins are unable to duplicate any system role more than once. If you attempt to duplicate a system role that has already been duplicated, it says we successfully created the Role even though it was not created.
Resolution
You can duplicate the duplicate or create a new campaign entirely. Please check the current status of this issue on the Known Issues Tracker. (Issue ID: CSUP-1583)
