Known Issue: Unable to Archive or Delete Campaigns from the Campaigns Page (CSUP-2204)

When attempting to delete or archive from the Campaigns Page, the options are greyed out.

  • Studio | Campaigns

Issue Details

On the main page of New Studio, the Campaigns list does not include the Delete or Archive option in the menu.

Resolution

As a workaround, please archive or delete the campaign from within the campaign.

This issue has now been resolved by Product Engineers, and moved to Complete on the Known Issues Tracker. (Issue ID: CSUP-2204)
