"Author" Filter only displays Preferred Name

On the Campaigns page, the Author filter is displaying some users by just their Preferred name and no last name if one has been set, or no display name.
This issue has now been resolved by Product Engineers, and moved to Complete on the Known Issues Tracker. (Issue ID: CSUP-2335)
Unfortunately the recent release did not fully mitigate this issue.
Engineering are working on a hotfix which we are aiming to release as a matter of priority. In the meantime, please check the Resolution section for a workaround.
The hotfix has been released and this issue has now been resolved by Product Engineers.
