Customer Issue

I’m unable to filter/sort/search for content posted by other authors. I can only search for my own content and content published by the generic community name author.

Environment

• Studio | Campaigns > Advanced Permissions

Issue Details

Only authors usable as author alias can be selected from the author campaign filter. This means that restricted users can only filter to their permitted author aliases, even if they can view and edit content submitted to their topics by other users.

Resolution

Use the Source filter for user-submitted content and the Author filter for Studio content as a workaround. Some content may still be unsearchable using either of these filters.
