Translation is set to on and when the user goes into either the web or mobile experience they are unable to see the translation button.

Issue Details
When the customer creates content with two or more languages, e.g. English and a foreign language, the translate button is not consistently available for every post.
Resolution
As a workaround, it is possible to translate using the built-in translation features on most browsers. In Chrome, for example, highlight the text you would like to translate and click Translate to English (or another primary language). You may then click Translate Full Page from the dropdown that will appear in the URL bar.
