Known Issue: Unable to edit Campaign after adding a temporary audience (CSUP-1983)

Customer Issue

When creating a Campaign, if I create a temporary audience for testing purposes, I get locked out after attempting to publish and can no longer edit the Campaign.

 

Environment

  • Studio | Campaigns | Deliver | Audience

Issue Details

Temporary audiences created by Studio users during Campaign creation are not being added to their Audience restrictions resulting in them being locked out of their Campaign.

 

Resolution

This issue has now been resolved by Product Engineers, and moved to Complete on the Known Issues Tracker. (Issue ID: CSUP-1983)
