Known Issue: Message Preview text is too long (CSUP-2408)

Customer Issue

Users are receiving the following error message when posting an article to a Topic with no audience: "Messages preview text is too long".

 

Environment

  • Studio | Campaigns

Issue Details

'Messages preview text is too long' error message appears under 'Review' page, if user adds more than 200 characters in 'Description' textbox under 'Design>Cover' tab.

Resolution

This issue has now been resolved by Product Engineers, and moved to Complete on the Known Issues Tracker. (Issue ID: CSUP-2408)
