Known Issue: "Image processing failed" error when selecting an image from the image library (CSUP-1989)

Customer Issue

When trying to upload images from the image library, I sometimes receive an error message that the image processing has failed.

 

Environment

  • Studio | Campaigns | Image block

Issue Details

When creating an image block and adding an image from the image library, some customers are reporting that they see the below error:

 

Resolution

This issue has now been resolved by Product Engineers, and moved to Complete on the Known Issues Tracker. (Issue ID: CSUP-1989)

    Product Engineers have now resolved this issue. We are no longer able to reproduce the issue.
