We are currently in the process of addressing the following issues pertaining to the recent metrics update.

Issues

- The "Engagement Breakdown" download in the Campaign Performance report shows incorrect metrics as being read from different data sources. - CSUP-3225
- The "Click Rate" is inaccurate in the Workflow Performance report - CSUP-3406
- The Topics Overview report is showing same data for "Followers" regardless of the "Date Range." - CSUP-3400
- References to old terms in exist in updated reports, such as "Views" and "Viewers." (These should be "Impressions" and "Reached Users.") - CSUP-3448
- Metrics inconsistencies exist between the campaign Results page and the full report.
- Previously saved (Bookmarked) reports are no longer working after the update. In the meantime, the user will need to re-create the saved report.
- The "Email Open Rate" (opens/delivered across all campaigns) metric in the Email Campaigns Overview report includes zero-delivery campaigns (campaigns with "Email" deselected as a channel).
