Known Issue: Author switching back to the program alias (CSUP-2433)

I’ve tried to change the author of this article multiple times but it keeps reverting back (after refreshing) to the original user.

Environment

  • Classic Studio | Publish

Issue Details

When updating the Author of the Campaign to another alias, the Author reverts back to the original content creator although it says that the update was successful.

Resolution

This issue is being marked as resolved, and moved to Complete on the Known Issues Tracker. (Issue ID: CSUP-2433)

    This issue is no longer reproducible and is being marked as resolved. If you encounter this issue again, please raise a ticket with the relevant details.
