Customer Issue
The "Send Test Campaign" button is greyed out for this campaign. When you rollover the button you get the following message, "This button is disabled until image processing has completed." The end user says it's been a few hours since the images were uploaded.
We can't save a draft campaign as a template.

Issue Details
The "Send Test Campaign" button is either greyed out or disabled and cannot be selected to send a test email due to the following error, "This button is disabled until image processing has completed." The user will also be unable to save the campaign as a template to the Template Library.
This will occur if the campaign contains a link block with no image. The image in the link block may show a spinning icon.
Resolution
This issue has now been resolved by Product Engineers, and moved to Complete on the Known Issues Tracker. (Issue ID: CSUP-2828)

Our Engineering team is actively addressing this issue, and we intend to deliver an update regarding the fix’s release in the near future.
A fix for this issue is trending towards the 10/17/2023 release. A further updated will be provided in due course.
Product Engineers have now resolved this issue. Link blocks no longer require images in order to send a test email.
