Customer Issue
I am not able to log in to New Studio. I get the message "the user does not have sufficient access to this application." My program admin has given me access.

Issue Details
In some cases, users with a custom unrestricted role are unable to sign into Studio due to an error: "The user does not have a sufficient role to access the application".
Resolution
As a workaround, please try demoting the affected user to member, and then reapplying their Studio role.
