After uploading a video and captions, the captions do not appear on the App (mobile version).

Issue Details

Captions are not displaying on the Mobile App on iOS devices is missing and the option to enable captions within the app is missing.

Resolution

If you require captions, proceed to view the video in Member Experience. Please check the current status of this issue on the Known Issues Tracker. (Issue ID: CSUP-2841)
