Customer Issue

I cleared out the scheduled date and time and flipped the button from scheduled for later to publish immediately and hit save in that box. I was expecting to continue through to the review button as I normally would before pressing publish, BUT instead when I hit save, it published the email.

Issue Details

If a scheduled campaign is edited to remove the scheduled date by selecting “publish now”, clicking the save button immediately publishes the campaign.

Resolution

Clicking the save button for a campaign that has been activated by scheduling it will publish the campaign if the schedule date is removed. If you do not wish to publish the campaign, instead select “save as draft” from campaign title dropdown.
