Customer Issue
Admins can not view comments in Studio if the campaign has commenting disabled post-publication.

Issue Details
After publishing a campaign, if the creator of the campaign disables commenting, the existing comments cannot be viewed via Studio. Admins are receiving an error when clicking on the comment link from the campaign list page.
Resolution
Comments can be viewed and downloaded by using the "Comments Overview" report found in "Insights".
