Customer Issue
Our Custom Role to create Audiences aren't getting assigned to Audiences they've created, therefore can't access content they've created.

Issue Details
Users with a custom restricted role can create and publish to an Audience that they've created, but are not assigned to that Audience and thus can't view or edit Campaigns they've created for that Audience.
Resolution
Please have an Admin add the audience to the Users' Audience list manually.
