We're thrilled to unveil two features in this August release that are set to elevate your Firstup experience: Freeform Preferred Pronouns and Insights and Reporting in the Firstup MSFT Teams App. These enhancements empower inclusivity, provide deeper insights, and streamline your interactions within the platform.
Freeform Preferred Pronouns for Inclusion
At the core of Firstup lies the commitment to foster an inclusive environment for all users. With the latest update to our User Profile's preferred pronouns field, we're proud to introduce freeform flexibility. Now, users can authentically express their pronouns in a manner that resonates with their unique identity. This pivotal enhancement reflects our dedication to recognizing and honoring a diversity of pronoun preferences.

Insights and Reporting in Firstup MSFT Teams App
Introducing insights and reporting for our integrated Firstup experience within Microsoft Teams. Our brand-new 'Platform' option within your reports, 'MS Teams,' seamlessly captures engagement data from the Teams Tab experience. This data integrates with your standard Insights reports, amplifying your ability to make data-driven decisions.
What to Expect:
- Aggregated insights for high-level KPIs, like total reach and channel-specific engagement.
- Dive deep into metrics, including active users and campaign engagement via Teams.
- Empower your engagement strategies with precise insights tailored to the Microsoft Teams environment.
Please note that this Insights update specifically reflects engagement within the Firstup Tab experience in the Firstup Teams app. Engagement data from Firstup's web or mobile app experiences will continue to be categorized under Web engagement. Additionally, while Insights will not include activity from Teams channels' experience in the Firstup Teams app at this time, this consideration is on the horizon for a future release.
