Firstup links are generating a 404 error if a hashtag (e.g. #external) is added to the end of the link URL.

Issue Details
When a hashtag is added to the end of a content URL (e.g. #external), the hashtag changes to a slash if the user is not already signed in, resulting in a 404 error. If the user is already signed in, then the content loads successfully.
Resolution
This can be resolved by ensuring that hashtags are not added to content links.
