Customer Issue

Our custom admin accounts are unable to assign an author alias to other Studio users. They appear in the drop-down but we can't select them.

Issue Details

If a custom unrestricted account is created and attempts to assign an author alias to another Studio account, the author name appears in the drop-down, but selecting the checkbox does nothing, meaning the author cannot be applied.

The standard Brand Super Admin account does not encounter this issue, only the custom unrestricted account.

Resolution

The workaround for the time being is to have Brand Super Admin accounts apply the author alias to the relevant Studio user's restrictions.
