Customer Issue
We have been receiving emails notifying us about Firstup file uploads. However, we are not able to access the studio login to view any of the errors being stated within these emails.

Issue Details
When clicking the link to the User Sync Results report in a confirmation email, you will get an error "fail" if you do not have an adequate role in Classic Studio. Users with only "new" Studio access will be unable to access this report.
Resolution
Please contact Support if you are impacted by this issue. A configuration change is possible to add the report as an attachment instead of a link.
