Customer Issue
When pasting text into the body of a campaign, Firstup is sometimes removing the space between bold text and normal text.
Environment
- Studio | Campaigns
Issue Details
Content copied from Microsoft Word that contains emboldened text can result in the space after the bold word being removed once the campaign is sent.
You can check if this will occur by doing the following:
1. Paste the text into the rich text block
2. Select 'Preview' - the preview will display as expected
3. Switch back to the Campaign editor and check the rich text block again - the space after each emboldened word will be removed
Resolution
To fix this, you can either manually re-add the space, or first paste the text into another text editor and then copy/paste back into the Campaign again. It is possible that some text editors will hold the emboldened text so that you do not need to re-bold it again after pasting into the Campaign.
