Customer Issue
Users have reached out because they are not getting emails sent from FirstUp. I confirmed that the users in question are all active members and should be receiving emails.

Issue Details
Some users who are active, are subscribed to the Platform and are part of the Audience assigned to the Campaign, report not receiving emails.
