Customer Issue

I am set up as a Brand Super Admin but I don't see the box for the different feeds (Featured, Latest, Trending, etc) on the Configure Custom Feeds page

• Creator Studio | Configure | Custom Feed

Issue Details

Within the Configure > Custom Feed page, there is a section for Custom Homepage:

This section of the Custom Feed page is being pulled directly from Classic Studio, and therefore requires a Classic Studio admin role in order to be able to see it.

Resolution

If Studio admin is unable to see this section and they you have access to Classic Studio, you can set them up with a Classic Studio admin role and the section will then appear.
