Customer Issue

While preparing my monthly analytics report, I pulled up the Content Overview Dashboard, it appears that the Publisher column is displaying random users' names.

Issue Details

Users have reported that the names of Publishers within either the Executive Summary or Content Overview will display incorrectly. It was discovered that this issue only occurs when content has been created through the Employee Experience and that content created from Studio does not exhibit this behavior.

Resolution

We recommend looking at the Post-Performance Report as it will display the correct Publisher name.
