Customer Issue

I created a new Team Alias. However, now whenever I create a campaign that author is listed by default.

Issue Details

Customers are reporting that after creating a Team Alias for the program, the Team Alias is unintentionally being set as the default program alias. This is especially noticeable when creating a new campaign, as the Team Alias will automatically be designated as the author for the campaign.

Resolution

Archiving the Team Alias will allow the original default program author to be used again.
