Known Issue: Unable to select user as Author Alias (CSUP-3240)

Some users are unable to be selected or created as Author Aliases.

 

Environment

  • Creator Studio | Campaigns

Issue Details

In Configure > Aliases > Author Aliases, some users are not able to be created or selected as User Author Aliases, even though they seem to match the criteria (not blocked or forgotten).

 

Resolution

This issue has now been resolved by Product Engineers, and moved to Complete on the Known Issues Tracker. (Issue ID: CSUP-3240)

    Product Engineers have now resolved this issue. Authors that were not automatically set up in the new Author Alias page or were not available to be created should now be available.
