Customer Issue
When I save or bookmark an Insights report URL, when accessing the report again, I see a Topic ID and/or Publisher ID instead of the Topic Name or Publisher Name in the populated filters.

Issue Details
- When accessing an existing saved report, the Publisher and Topics will display as ID's instead of the friendly name.
