Customer Issue

Hyperlinks appear as “clicks.socialchorus…”. This sets off a lot of phishing concerns for recipients.

Issue Details

Embedded links are wrapped by the clicks.socialchorus.com domain to be able to track link click activity. Link activity is pointed to our servers so that any time a recipient clicks a link, we can track those clicks. This link tracking domain should be updated with current Firstup branding so that links are trusted by recipients.

Resolution

Ensure IT have allowlisted the corresponding Link Branding domain (clicks.socialchorus.com) as described here: Allow Images and Links in Email from Firstup.
