Customer Issue
Content submitted in our program is coming through under the program name and not the user's name. The email notifications have the correct user name but when viewed in studio, it's showing North America as the author.

Issue Details
When submitting content from either the web or mobile experience, the author in Studio shows as the community name instead of the display name of the user that submitted the post. If an update is made to the content via Studio, such as adding a topic, the author display name then updates in web and mobile.
Resolution
A hotfix has been released (2023-10-18) to ensure newly submitted content shows the submitter as the author. However any affected content edited in Studio prior to this release may still show the community name as the author.
It may be possible to assign the correct author from Studio.

In addition to the release of the hotfix mentioned above, a task has been run to correct any previously affected content meaning the correct author should now be appearing.
