Known Issue: Filtering Campaigns page by Topic or Creator causes page to continually load (CSUP-3417)

Customer Issue

When trying to filter by Topic or Creator on the Campaigns page in New Studio, the page will infinitely load and not show any data.

Environment

  • Creator Studio | Campaigns | Filters

Issue Details

Studio admins will experience infinite loading with the Campaigns page when filtering by Topic or Creator. This appears to be an issue with the amount of data that is trying to be pulled.

Resolution

As a workaround, adding more specific search filters can prevent this occurring
