Customer Issue

When viewing users on the Users page, it may sometimes display the incorrect Role. Clicking into the user's account shows the correct, assigned, Role.

Issue Details

When viewing users on the Users page in New Studio, the platform will sometimes not surface the correct Role information. Clicking into the profile shows the accurate Role.

Resolution

As a workaround, click into the user's profile to verify the assigned Role.
