Customer Issue

User not assigned any topics. All his attributes are there, but they're not being included into any topic or audience that is assigned to their attributes. I’m trying to add them to an audience manually but I cannot even add their email.

Issue Details

Some users upon registering:

• have not autofollowed ANY topics, including untargeted
• are not in any audiences, including All Users,
• cannot see targeted topics and content relevant to them in the member experience.
