Customer Issue

The "Send Test Campaign" button is greyed out for this campaign. When you rollover the button you get the following message, "This button is disabled until image processing has completed." The end user says it's been a few hours since the images were uploaded

Issue Details

The "Send Test Campaign" button is either greyed out or disabled and cannot be selected due to the following error, "This button is disabled until image processing has completed." This may be, but is not limited to being caused by the image in the link getting halted in its processing

Resolution

If you are using link blocks, please ensure your links have images to be scrapped or manually add an image to each link block without an image
